Each piece tastes of one place.
Pommette makes fruit jellies in the French tradition, with fruit from a single Ontario growing region in every piece. We cook them in small batches and cut them by hand in Toronto.
Four regions, four fruits
We name every jelly after the place its fruit grows, the way France names its cheeses and wines. Taste them side by side and you taste the province.
A confectionery house in the French tradition
A good fruit jelly is mostly fruit, cooked with sugar until it holds its shape, then cut and rolled in sugar. Nothing else is needed. We make ours the way French confectioners have for generations, with fruit from the farms of Ontario.
